Your Physician Legal Consultant
Colin Croshaw, D.O., is a board certified physician with over 15 years of experience in emergency and acute care medicine, trauma, and critical care. He received his undergraduate degree from Idaho State University and his medical degree from Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine in Blacksburg, Virginia. He completed his residency in emergency medicine at South Pointe Hospital/Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, Ohio. Since finishing his residency training, he has spent his entire career in Spokane, Washington, where he continues to practice. Dr. Croshaw has been involved in medical education, mentoring medical students and young doctors in training. He served as Medical Advisor for local EMS and first responders. For nearly five years, he was the Medical Director of his emergency department, in addition to over five years as President and managing partner of his physician group. Dr. Croshaw received additional education in business and leadership, earning a Certified Physician Executive certification in 2025. He is licensed to practice medicine in Washington and Idaho.
